Enquiries and bookings
We process your contact information and requested journey details, including pickup and destination, date, passengers, luggage and extras, to handle your enquiry and provide your transfer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Required fields are marked. Please only include information needed for the journey in comments. Details are shared with the people carrying out your journey where necessary. We use Hostinger Email to send booking emails. Incoming messages are forwarded to our Microsoft Outlook mailbox. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Google Maps and address search
The booking form uses Google Maps for maps, address search and distance calculation. Activating these services sends information including your IP address, browser details and entered addresses to Google. Processing outside the EU may occur. Using the maps is optional; you can also request a journey by telephone or email. See Google’s privacy policy for processing and international transfer information.
Payment
If you choose PayPal, the order and payment details needed to process your payment are transferred to PayPal. You enter payment credentials directly with the payment provider. The processing serves your chosen payment (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). See PayPal’s privacy information.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe receives the booking reference and amount, together with contact, billing and card details entered on its checkout page. Stripe also processes technical data for payment processing and fraud prevention; processing outside the EU is possible. We receive the payment status. See Stripe’s privacy information.
Retention and your rights
We retain personal information as long as needed for its purpose, subject to legal retention requirements for invoices and business records. Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation and withdraw consent for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including North Rhine-Westphalia’s data protection authority. Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights.
